Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

  • Custom-cut or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to some returned items, especially bulk orders or large components.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
